Which size of Cool Cap should I pick?Updated 2 months ago

To ensure you get the perfect fit, here's a guide on how to measure and select the right size when purchasing an Icekap Cool Cap.

How to Measure

  1. Grab a flexible tape measure. The tape measure can be made of a bendable plastic, fabric, or cloth. You can also used a piece of string and a ruler.
  2. Wrap the measuring tape or string around your head, positioning it mid-forehead, above your eyebrows and ears, and around the largest part of the back of your head. Make sure that your measuring tape is not below your eyebrows.
  3. Make sure the measuring tape is level and snug, but not too tight, then take the measurement in inches.
  4. Match your measurement. Use the chart below to find the best size for your head circumference.

Selecting the Perfect Fit

For the best experience, follow these tips:

  1. When in doubt, size up: If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for more comfort.
  2. Consider your hairstyle: If you have thick or voluminous hair, you might want to go a size up for a better fit.
  3. Think about usage: If you prefer a snug fit for compression, the smaller size might suit you better.

Other Considerations

  1. Unisex Design: The Cool Cap is designed to suit both men and women, but we find that many women prefer the Medium or Large sizes, while men often choose Large or XL.

  2. Versatile Fit: Our adjustable straps allow you to customize the tightness, so even if you're slightly off on size, you can still enjoy a comfortable fit.
