USA Shipping Policy

Here’s an overview of our current shipping policy so you know what to expect when you place an order:

Shipping Options

• Continental U.S. Orders:

  • Small orders: $14.00 for 2-business-day shipping

    • (Currently, due to circumstances beyond our control, most orders ship on a 5-business-day timeline)

• Chemotherapy Bundle Orders:

  • $39.99 flat-rate shipping within the continental U.S.

• Hawaii & Alaska:

  • $29.99 for standard shipping (usually 7+ business days)

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

Additional Notes

• We’re not currently able to ship to P.O. boxes.

• We do not ship internationally at this time.

• For customers in Canada, please visit IceKap.ca to order directly from our Canadian site.
