Returned Icekap Chemotherapy Bundles are subject to a $39 restocking fee.

Our Chemotherapy Bundle includes four Icekap Cool Caps with accompanying gel packs, giving customers multiple fully chilled caps to rotate through without having to stop and change individual gel packs.

Because these bundles are significantly larger and heavier than a standard single-cap order, they require additional handling, inspection, repacking, and restocking when returned. For that reason, a $39 restocking fee is deducted from the refund for returned bundles.

The restocking fee applies specifically to bundle returns and is separate from any applicable return shipping costs.
