Sign in to your Amazon account and open Returns & Orders.

Locate your Icekap purchase and open the order details.

Your Amazon order number will usually look similar to:

123-4567890-1234567

Copy that number and send it to Icekap Support when requesting assistance.

A screenshot of the order page is also helpful, but it isn't required if you can provide the order number.
