Does every Icekap come with gel packs?Updated 3 hours ago

Yes.

A complete current-model Icekap should arrive with six gel packs.

If your Icekap arrives with missing packs, contact [email protected] and include:

• Your order number

• Purchase date

• Where you purchased the cap

• A photo of everything you received, including the packaging when possible

We'll review the order and help get the issue resolved.
