Notice About Temporary Gel Pack Design Change

We wanted to share a quick update regarding the appearance of our extra gel packs.

As we work on transitioning a portion of our manufacturing back to the United States, some customers may notice that our extra gel packs, purchased separately from the Cool Caps, will look different for a short period of time.

Here’s what to expect:

• The gel packs included with every Cool Cap purchase will continue to use our current design (as shown in Image A)

• Extra gel pack sets purchased on their own may arrive looking like the alternate design (shown in Image B) during this transition phase.

• The gel formula and pack dimensions remain exactly the same across both versions.

• Both designs fit and function perfectly with all Cool Cap models.

This is only a temporary visual change, and performance will not be affected in any way.
