Why can't I use my HSA or FSA for the new Icekap if I could previously?Updated 2 hours ago

Icekap recently introduced an updated Cool Cap, and HSA/FSA eligibility and payment setup do not automatically carry over to a newly updated product.

The current model has not yet completed the process required for us to accept HSA/FSA payments.

We're working toward restoring this option, but until that process is complete, purchases of the current model need to be made using another accepted payment method.
