Use a flexible measuring tape and measure around the widest part of your head.
Position the tape:
Across the middle of your forehead
Above your eyebrows
Above your ears
Around the largest part of the back of your head
Keep the tape level and comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
Record your measurement in inches and compare it with the current Icekap sizing chart.
