Our older Icekap models and previous sizing system have been discontinued.

Remaining inventory of those caps has been exhausted, so unfortunately we cannot exchange a current Icekap for an older model or XXL cap.

We greatly value feedback from longtime customers who used our previous models, and that feedback is shared with our Product Development team as we continue refining future versions.
